Since our establishment in 2010, we have strives to provide a quality and realistically-priced cleaning resource. Contract Services is about being completely flexible and client-orientated — an ethos at the centre of founding directors Jayden and Joseph’s immense vision.

With many companies, you may be genuinely lucky to see a site operator or representative once a month, or — in many cases — only if a serious problem arises. Our mission for Contract Services is to be the go-to company when you’re looking for a reliable and client-orientated cleaning and facility provider. We aspire to build better relationships with our key stakeholders and to expand our reach.

We established Contract with the vision of being different from other facility service companies — planning to give every client the best experience and results, no matter how big or small the contract.

It was the passion of the founding directors, Jayden and Joseph, to create a service that delivers quality over quantity every single time, and to continue growing with this philosophy at the forefront.

Sustainable and Eco-Friendly Services

In an age where environmental awareness is vital, Contract Services has chosen its side. We believe that in order to enjoy our achievements and work towards our, and our children’s, future aspirations — we need to place a significant focus on sustainable and eco-friendly arrangements and practices. We have developed all of our facility plans and core facility services around implementing the most ideal sustainable initiatives.

• We ensure all Contract personnel recycle and reuse items whenever possible.
• ‘Green Cleaning’ is brought into full practice.
• All cleaners are trained to properly dispose of harmful and everyday waste.
• We encourage our clientele to communicate and report their feedback on our procedures through electronic means wherever possible.
